TUAS Dormintory
Tuas View Dormitory, our flagship development, was established in 2014 as Singapore’s first and largest purpose-built facility for foreign workers. Covering 8.4 hectares, equivalent to the size of eight football fields, the dormitory complex consists of 20 four-storey blocks that integrate accommodation with recreational and service amenities. Key features include laundry services, an in-house cinema, and scenic seaside views.
The dormitory houses foreign workers from various sectors, including Construction, Offshore and Marine (O&M), Oil and Gas, and Manufacturing industries.

Jalan Buroh Dormitory is situated on the top two floors of the JTC Poultry Processing Hub @ Buroh. This 8-storey, multi-tenanted facility is Singapore’s first integrated one-stop poultry processing hub. Designed to enhance productivity, the building leverages shared resources, scale, and automation for optimized efficiency.

Space@Tuas Dormitory
JTC Space @ Tuas is Singapore’s first integrated development designed to accommodate both multinational corporations (MNCs) and small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) from diverse sectors such as oil and gas, precision engineering, and general manufacturing.
The ground floor features seven land-based factories, designed with high floor-to-ceiling clearance and heavy floor loading to support companies engaged in heavy manufacturing activities. Above these, 36 ramp-up factories and 95 flatted factories are strategically positioned to facilitate integration and collaboration within the manufacturing value chain, while optimizing land use.
TS Group manages the dormitory located within the development’s apartment block, offering a variety of amenities, including an integrated recreation center.
